The last year of Jesus' earthly life is a fast-moving series of events, teaching and challenges. In Mark's gospel, our attention is directed to the Son of Man who came into the world not to be served, but to serve and give His life as a ransom for many. This paradigm for discipleship is the remedy for humanity's perennial challenge, hard-heartedness. The grace to follow Jesus is realized in those who recognize and yield to Him as the Son of God and Lord of all.

Using the material from Dave Ramsey, this class will walk through some helpful patterns and practices for wisely managing your money. This class will teach you how to pay off debt, create and maintain a budget, save money, and give generously. "Dave Ramsey is a businessman and entrepreneur who accumulated a $4 million real estate portfolio, only to lose it all –and nearly everything else he owned– by making the same mistake millions of Americans make every day: he got too far into debt to get out. Dave Ramsey is also a Christian family man who, through the turmoil of his financial nightmare, discovered a new way of life. He shared the lessons he learned by writing Financial Peace, a simple but powerful guide that offers practical lessons on how to get out of debt– and stay out.”
